Cast metal letters are the ultimate in dimensional lettering; offering greater dimension than flat cut letters. Virgin bronze ingot is melted in our non-polluting electric furnaces in Iowa, Minnesota and Texas and poured into sand molds using proprierary casting methods to produce faces and returns with no pits or blemishes. The casting process allows for the creation of the deepest, sturdiest and most beautiful metal letters and logos. There are many finishes available including Natural Satin, Polished, Oxidized and Patina.
