Each letter or logo, from 1" to 72" tall, is laser cut with precision, which produces a sharpness of cut unobtainable by router cutting as shown in the example below. The heat of laser cutting also polishes the edges for perfectly smooth returns.

 

Acrylic colors with metal flake will have a smoked return when cut with the laser.



 

Notes on the proper design, handling and installation of Acrylic:

1. Be aware that due to the delicate nature of acrylic, we do not
recommend thin connected strokes.
2. Always use a razor knife to cut shrink wrapped product from
packaging.
3. Use oversized drill bits for stud mounted letters.
4. Do not use acrylic in areas with significant impact exposure.
5. Open all boxes and inspect for breakage before going to installation site.
