For the lowest prices, plastic letters are the way to go. There are three types of plastic letters available (from lowest price to most expensive): Injection Molded (also known as "Minnesota") letters, Formed Plastic and Laser Cut Acrylic. The differences are explained below as you scroll down and click on these product types.



There are many metal alloys available but they are fabricated two ways. The most cost effective is Cast Aluminum and Cast Bronze. They are available in 46 standard fonts and many different finishes. Another option for metal letters or logos, is Waterjet Cut Metal. This offers the greatest flexibility as your custom font or logo artwork is waterjet cut out of solid sheets of aluminum, bronze, brass, stainless steel or copper. PLASTIC AND ACRYLIC

 

Injection Molded letters are made from a renewable resource (non-petroleum) plastic and are created using precision tooled molds for razor sharp edges, extreme durability and extra depth. They are available in 6 fonts and 45 standard colors (matte or gloss) including many excellent metallic finishes. Custom colors are available for a $65 paint match fee. Fabrication time is 2 days.

 

Injection Molded Letters




 

 Formed plastic letters are made from a renewable resource
(non-petroleum) plastic poured into molds. With over 140 standard fonts and 40 standard colors to choose from, these durable letters have the greatest flexibility and depth for the money. They can also be painted to match your color specifications for an additional charge. Choose from flat, round or prismatic faced fonts. Fabrication time is 3 days.

 

Formed Plastic Letters



 

 Laser Cut Acrylic is cut from solid sheets of pigmented acrylic. These letters are available in any standard or logo style font, from 1/8" to 3/4" thick and from 1/2" to 72" tall . Our lasers polish the edge returns providing a superior finish. There are 32 standard colors to choose from or a custom baked enamel color can be applied for an additional charge. These can be fabricated in 3 days.

CAST METAL LETTERS

 

All Cast aluminum letters are lead and mercury free and poured into molds offering 46 fonts to choose from. Although a natural satin finish is standard, there are many other finishes available such as Baked Enamel, Anodized and Nouveau Patina.

WATERJET CUT METAL

 

Waterjet cut letters offer the combination of precision cutting and durability. We can take your artwork in .EPS, .ai or other vector-based art file and use it to carve out a design from cold rolled sheets of Aluminum, Bronze, Brass, Stainless Steel or Copper, from 1/2" tall to 60" tall and from 1/8" thin to 1" thick. It is then hand-finished to your specification; Natural Satin, Polished, Baked Enamel, Anodized, Oxidized or Patina.
